2. Consultancy Services and Agreements
Each project undertaken by Celadon London will be governed by a separate consultancy agreement. This agreement will specify the scope, fees, and terms for the individual project. 3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate information and timely responses to ensure project success.

Adhering to all agreed timelines and approving necessary documents promptly.

Complying with all relevant UK Health and Safety legislation (e.g., Health and Safety at Work Act 1974).

Ensuring a safe working environment for Celadon London’s personnel and subcontractors.

Informing Celadon London of any health or safety hazards that may affect the project.

Cooperating with Celadon London to implement and maintain effective health and safety measures throughout the project.

4. Fees and Payment
Fees for services will be outlined in a separate agreement. Payment terms, including any penalties for late payments, will also be specified. This may include the suspension of services and interest on overdue amounts. All fees are subject to applicable taxes, and changes to the scope of the project may result in additional costs. From time to time, Celadon London Ltd may receive commissions or referral fees from third-party providers for services or products we recommend to clients. These commissions are disclosed where applicable and do not affect our impartiality in making recommendations. Our priority is always to act in the best interests of our clients. 5. Dispute Resolution
We prioritize resolving disputes amicably and promptly. Should any conflict arise, we encourage direct communication between the parties involved. If necessary, we will escalate the issue through mediation or alternative dispute resolution before considering litigation. Our goal is to minimize the impact of disputes on both the project timeline and client relationships.

6. Force Majeure
Celadon London Ltd is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, or strike action. This includes any work stoppages or industrial disputes that may affect our ability to meet deadlines or deliver services as planned.

7. Intellectual Property
